Starbucks Rewards loyalty program members were treated to a special contest this holiday season that offered a chance to win free Starbucks for a year.
To enter the promotion, members visited a store where the brand was selling their bottled Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino beverage. Once the bottle was uncapped, participants used their smart phones to scan the QR code which directed them to a mobile web page where they could play the Instant Win Game or earn an entry into the sweepstakes.
In addition to online and in-store marketing at Starbucks across the US, the brand launched several festive point of purchase floor displays that highlighted the limited-time-only marketing campaign.
The promotion started 11/4/2024 and ended 12/30/2024.
