P&G recently launched a promotion at Walmart to support their Clinical Strength products with this feature end cap display. Available in Clear Gel & Invisible Solid, each of the five end cap trays merchandised several variants from the Clinical product line. In addition to the overall clean and refreshing look, an interesting design approach taken was the application of printed SBS copy panels that were used on the sides of the trays. Great cost-effective way to eliminate the need for printing and laminating a huge litho label to cover those surfaces, especially when their not that visible to begin with.
In addition to the messaging on the product trays, side panels were created to draw attention from shoppers moving down the aisles. Die cut logo tip-ons, product shots and the shopkick color bar were printed on these vertical pieces. For those not familiar, shopkick is a mobile app that enables shoppers to collect points, browse specials and sometimes earn real-money rewards while shopping in-store. A nice detail included with this end cap display is the graphic shroud used to cover the ‘Walmart TV’. Not only does it clean up the presentation, it also gives the brand another area to place assets.
