Coty recently launched a virtual floor display that enables shoppers to try before they buy. To start the interactive software, shoppers slid their hand into the semicircle opening in the center which triggered the virtual ‘try-on’ color selector. Once activated, the motion tracking software allowed consumers to experiment with the various shades of nail polish using their own digital hand.
Additional OPI nail care products were made available for purchase on the other three sides of the display.
